The Cy-Fair CERT (CFC) Executive Committee is comprised of the Board of Directors, Executive (elected) Officers, Standing Committee Chairs and Support Personnel which oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Standing Committee Chairs include the following:
Cy-Fair CERT Amateur Radio Communications (CFCARC) Group
Cy-Fair CERT Rapid Response Team (RRT)

The Rapid Response Team has two (2) co-chairs. One is the RRT Administrator and the other is the RRT Coordinator.

Cy-Fair CERT Support Personnel includes the following and additional positions may be added as required:
-Public Information Officer (PIO)
-Crisis Care Chaplain Leader
-Maintenance and Inventory Committee (MIC)
-Event Coordinator
-Training Facilitator
-Social Media Coordinator
-Librarian
